About Sara Quinn
I have been studying the relationship between mind, body and behaviour for over three decades – beginning with a personal meditation practice at nineteen, long before mindfulness entered the clinical mainstream.
I am aqualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and work with clients from my Hertfordshire practice and online, helping people with anxiety, stress, IBS, chronic pain, phobias and habit change – including smoking cessation and digital addiction.
This is, evidence-based work. And it works.
